Hampton Inn & Suites Rohnert Park - Sonoma County, Rohnert Park

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially a gentleman named Ty who answered all my questions. The location couldn’t have been better, with various dining options nearby and just a short drive from Santa Rosa. However, there were some drawbacks regarding payment methods at checkout, which was a hassle.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week, and while the rooms were on the smaller side, everything else was quite pleasant. The breakfast was good, the heated pool was a nice touch, and Mark, the manager, was attentive and checked in with us regularly. Unfortunately, my experience was marred during a previous visit when I faced significant issues with room booking and customer service. Despite the pros, it's hard to overlook the negatives with staff interactions.
